If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days after delivery. We are committed to processing refunds as quickly as possible. However, the procedure may take up to 14 days.

Refunds include the cost of the product, but not the paid shipping.

Return shipping costs:

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. The cost of shipping will be communicated together with the return label via email you indicate.

To obtain a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging
Original labels should be attached to the garments
Accessories must be returned with all components included in the original packaging
Shoes must be returned in the original box

We cannot make a refund if the item has been damaged due to negligence, misuse or wear and tear. We cannot make a refund if the item was not purchased from our online store or one of our official stores.
